Editorial World Remote Writing Jobs - Issue 31: The Pulitzer Center, OpenAI, Vogue UK
The best non-pitch, remote-only, editorial jobs of the week.
Around YouTube…
How is everyone?? I love a good panel discussion (who doesn’t?) and if you work in entertainment journalism – or if you want to – you’ll be interested in Covering the Red Carpet. Six industry veterans from publications like Variety and Billboard offer a behind-the-scenes look at the profession. It’s informative, and surprisingly candid; lots of insider tips on how to craft pitches, talk with high-profile stars, and more!
Many of you have asked whether I have plans to include magazine or newspaper editors’ pitch calls in Editorial World (no, it’s not in the pipeline unfortunately, though I will include the occasional call-out). But I do recommend subscribing to The Freelance Writing Network to get over 50 freelance opportunities, including pitch calls, straight to your inbox every week!
