How is everyone?? The holidays are here but I wanted to squeeze in an issue this week since there ARE actually a lot of writing gigs out there!! And, yes, in case you’re wondering, Editorial World will be going out as normal next week too 😊.

So, you want to be a ‘Content Designer’…

A little something for those of you looking to transition from writing, into the mysterious world of Content Design, I came across this informative LinkedIn post by Erin O’Loughlin (Content Design Manager at Mews) where she explains what she’s looking for when hiring Content Designers. It’s not specifically for journalists/writers, but there’s some good advice on how to best present your past experience and frame your resume/CV.
